1. MCB gave me my shot as an independent researcher through a RIG award. I was able to leverage the award as a newly minted assistant professor to establish my research program, set up my lab and also to seed future grant applications. I cannot thank Dr. Von Bodman enough for being a wonderful and supportive program officer.
